These are chiefly used for distribution of power and communication cables. These cables have uniform distance between them and consist of two longitudinal side rails or rungs, which are welded to the side rails or bolted in some cases. This type of cable tray provides maximum ventilation and load carrying strength used in applications with intermediate support with long spans, to heat producing cable such as Power & Control Cables.

These trays can be easily attached to floor, ceiling, wall or top of racks and cabinets using brackets and can be made available in different widths, heights and length options.

These are manufactured by highly durable sheet/ angle/ flat metals procured from branded companies like TATA Steel, SAIL, Bhushan, NALCO, Jindal, Essar, and other IS Approved Vendors.     The Ladder Type Cable Trays are manufactured in the width from 150 mm to 900 mm, having heights from 50 mm to 150 mm and a thickness from 1.6mm to 3mm (16 SWG to 10 SWG) with all accessories. This tray consists of two longitudinal side rails connected by individual transverse members.
