Quality Benchmarking
Quality being our priority becomes one of IES’s principal strength. Keeping up with quality in mind at every stage of production from raw materials procurement to erection of finished products, best in class quality is provided from IES’s end. And for achieving this we have our first class Quality team comprising of Mechanical/ production Engineers certified with NDT Level 2 certification in various inspection techniques.
All our units are equipped with world class Mechanical & Chemical Laboratories, having latest equipments & machineries like Metal vision Spectrometer, UT thickness Gauge, DFT coat meter, Surface profile gauge, Universal Testing Machine etc. to ensure that all inspections are done as per Indian Standard System and to meet our customers need.
For raw materials procurement we prefer esteemed brands like SAIL, TATA Steel, Jindal Steel, VIZAG, ESSAR etc. hereby providing best quality materials & helps in satisfying our customers need.
For machineries & equipments we go with brands like GODREJ, ADOR, BOSCH, CHICAGO PNEUMATICS, MAKITA etc. ensuring efficient output with help of latest upgraded version of technology inbuilt in them.
Design Engineering
Design Department with latest hardware and Auto CAD software to meet specific customer requirements. A system in place to prepare GA drawing from line diagram and subsequent shop floor drawing for fabrications. We have Software Dedicated for Cable Trays, Transmission Line Tower Division, is a complete ERP application which involves modules such as Purchase, Bill of Material, Inventory, Production & Planning, Sales and Dispatch. This application has reduced the scrap and wastage calculation which was humanly not possible to calculate, as there are many production related parameter that takes into consideration.
