Hot-Dip Galvanizing
In-house 12-metre galvanizing bath to IS 2629 / ASTM A123. 65–85µm standard, 100µm+ heavy-duty for coastal and aggressive environments. Every batch thickness-tested and certified.
CNC Cutting & Fabrication
CNC plasma and laser cutting for precision components, plus structural fabrication and welding to AWS D1.1 and IS 2062.
Production Capacity
~2,500 MT/month manufacturing capacity across cable management, earthing, structures, and solar mounting product lines.
Surface Treatment
Powder coating, electroplating, and painting lines complementing hot-dip galvanizing for indoor and decorative finishes.
