Production is monitored under a defined quality assurance plan covering shearing, bending, punching, grinding, welding, and finishing. Material is inspected at receipt, during production, and prior to dispatch.
Pre-dispatch inspection can be arranged on request. Products are supplied against project specifications and approved technical standards.
Incoming inspection
Verification of raw material mill test certificates (MTC) against IS:2062 / IS:1079 standards.
In-process checks
Continuous monitoring of shearing, bending, and punching accuracy during the manufacturing phase.
Dimensional verification
Precision measurement of tray width, depth, and length to ensure ±2mm tolerance compliance.
Welding inspection
Visual and dye-penetrant testing of joints to ensure structural integrity and load-bearing capacity.
Galvanizing review
