The Challenge
Hyperscale data centers require millimetre-perfect alignment and absolute zero-EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) for sensitive fiber optic runs. Additionally, the massive density of server racks necessitated a lightweight but high-strength support system to stay within floor load limits.
Our Solution
We engineered a specialized line of Aluminum Alloy (6063-T6) cable trays, providing superior conductivity and weight-to-strength ratios compared to traditional steel. IES also supplied a custom-welded copper earthing mesh for the raised floor area, ensuring a zero-potential grounding environment for critical server clusters.
