CNC Machined Components
High-tolerance CNC machined parts for industrial OEM applications.
CNC Machined Components — Overview
India Electricals Syndicate manufactures precision CNC machined components at Howrah on multi-axis machining centres to tight engineering tolerances. For OEM, capital-goods and industrial-equipment customers, repeatable dimensional accuracy across a production batch is the deliverable; IES machines from controlled stock and inspects to the customer drawing before despatch.
Components are produced on multi-axis CNC mills and turning centres, allowing complex geometry, drilled and tapped features and tight positional tolerances to be held consistently across volume runs. Material is selected to the customer specification — mild and alloy steel, stainless and non-ferrous — with first-article and in-process inspection against the drawing.
Finished parts can be supplied raw, plated or galvanized to suit the application, with inspection reports on despatch. Send your component drawings and batch quantities with a quote request and the Howrah works will return a machined-part offer.

What specifiers say about IES cnc components
“IES has been our specified cable tray and earthing vendor across multiple thermal projects. Documentation, MTC, and dispatch discipline have been consistent over years of supply.”
“Hot-dip galvanizing micron consistency and IS 12352 conformance on every batch — that's what we rely on for corrosive coastal sites. Lead times from Howrah are predictable.”
“For solar mounting structures across our 50 MW deployment, IES held the galvanizing spec across 30,000+ pieces. Quality dispute count: zero. That tells the story.”
